Warehouse relocation of small goods for Sioen

For Sioen, MDO Group supported a warehouse relocation of small goods.

The project included various logistical activities, such as picking, scanning, stock control, packing and shipping. By carefully coordinating these steps, every goods flow was monitored in a controlled manner throughout the relocation.
